Investment Advice Form The Investment Guru

The investment advice that I received from the Investment Guru so far has been:

1. Buy Ak 47's

2. Buy ammo for the Ak 47

3. Buy a AR 15

4. Buy Ammo for the AR 15

5. Buy high yield negative interest rate bonds

6. Trade in your Mercedes Benz for a beat up old Chevy.


I will gladly keep you informed as to further investment advice that I receive from the Guru.

In evaluating my needs, I’ve been giving this some thought, why two different calibers with much the same function?

I’ve been looking at pistol caliber rifles so that I can focus on 1 type of ammo that would serve two separate needs.

After consulting with the Investment Guru, he basically says that a Rifle caliber either in 308 ,7.62 X 39 or 5.65 are standard issue military Assault weapon cartridges which give range, penetration and knock down power that a pistol cartridge can not provide.

A high capacity pistol in 9mm or 45 acp is considered to be a secondary or back up weapon by military establishments through out the world. Which are effective in close quarters or at close range.

The cartridges mentioned above are more or less universally used and are generally readily available. the advantage to owning weapons in more than one caliber is if one caliber became in short supply you would always be able to use another if the opportunity arose. The disadvantage is that you have to keep in stock more ammo.

The other choice which is overlooked by the general population but is not lost on people who understand survival in adverse conditions is the 22 lr. You can carry a lot of ammo because of it's light weight and the small space it takes up. It is a good small game cartridge and has a fair amount of lethality in adverse conditions.

The Guru feel that if you have a choice between a rifle or pistol, cartridge you opt for the rifle. There is a reason why military establishments do not issue pistols to all of their soldiers.

I get the needs for a military application, but I don’t think suburban NJ has the same demands.

The thought of a .22LR has occurred to me with the idea that I could easily afford to put 2000 rounds through it to gain proficiency at $0.10/round.

If you are just now thinking about a weapon or ammo you are very much behind the curve. The number one rule of ammo is buy it cheap and stack it deep.

The Guru feels better late than never...there is no telling where prices go from here. It is one thing to have stacked it cheap and deep. You are already supplied. Pricing is relative and yesterdays prices are not indicative of future trends.

The Guru says . That Spoons are store houses of value that just does not go away. Over time they do appreciate if taken care of.. They are not toys but are tangible assets.

In this economic, social and political environment spoons have more viability as a investment than any other. You have seen Equities drop 1800 points in one day. You have seen RE crash and burn before, you have seen Bond yields plummet or have defaulted, commodity prices go to zero (oil) and fiat currencies become worthless.

You have even see crypto currencies be decimated at the flick of a switch. Gold and Silver while viable assets are subject to price manipulation by various entities.

The situation at best can be described as being precarious.

More like sub .05 cents a round.

What makes suburban NJ any different than Mogadishu? When the situation turns south it turns south no matter where you are. There is a universal common denominator no matter where you are.

My .22LR with scope will take care of any varmint/predator in my area.
If the bear population keeps increasing...may have to step that up.
Otherwise...any more is a waste of money.

The Guru says very true with the following caveats.

1.Gold and Silver while viable assets are subject to price manipulation by various entities.

2. Importantly in 1933 FDR made it illegal for US citizens to own Gold bullion or to use it as legal tender. It was at apx $35 an oz until 1973,


The Guru feels that Gold and Silver are poised for a massive break out in price. BA has a target of $3000 and oz and KITCO has revised it's estimate from $3000 to $5000 an oz. Rickard sys that to cover evey USD printed Gold would have to be at $50,000.00 and oz

Spoons would also follow that valuation in short order. as a plus they are a shadow economy asset..



One of the things that should make people take a step back and think is that there is 13T USD in Negative Interest Bonds in the world..

Well I live in NY so the first 4 pieces of advice are impossible for me to attain and I already have an old Chevy so can I also keep my Mercedes? I guess I can only purchase bonds will this leave me ready for retirement? Looks like I am screwed

The Guru thinks that the criminals don't think that they couldn't attain them.. As for the Benz the Guru thinks that one does not want to create the impression that you are a rich swell that is easy pickins. And yes you are like all of the rest of us.
