guy who took the pic doesn't know what it is - he does have a nice website tho (watermark)

it has a 550 air to it; looks a bit Lotus-like and one person suggested Ginetta G4

A Ginetta is front-engined; this is mid-engined. Good puzzle, though!

Sure looks like a 1940s Fiat one-off. Speaking of Fiats, I remember in the 1970s I used to see these, and they had a decal on the rocker panels that looked like FLAT. I called them "Flats". haha

Maybe it started as an RSK replica that someone add a water cooled engine too, hence the hood vents?

Oh, and Ginetta made front, rear and mid engine cars, but yes the G4 was front engine, but it didn't look anything like that.

I thought Ginetta made small bore sports racing cars as far back as the 1960's, although I seem to remember coupes, not spyders. If you walked in with cash back in the day, they'd prolly make you anything you wanted.

Ginetta still successfully make cars, road & race . There are two race series for the race models.
