I spent some time reading a few PARF threads earlier after chasing a thread that had been moved. Thank you DD and others for your efforts :).

I say thanks to DD as well. He is doing a great job! And I think he's being very fair in moderating.

Agreed, I have been poking my head in there a bit.
I think PPOT has also gotten quite a bit better in recent months.
I think it is just because we got Vash back ! , but a shout out to the mods, and whoever else is doing their part to keep it civil is also in order

I have enjoyed my time there for the most part. There is a growing group of members who are willing to rise above the puerile drivel and attacks, and actually try to engage in discourse. Thanks to those, including some in this thread.

It's not like most of us wouldn't like to share discussions with fellow Pelicans about these controversial crucial subjects. It's just that they so oftentimes devolve into juvenile bouts of name calling and personal put downs.

I do peek over there once in a while, glad to see that some are bringing intelligent adult insight to the place.

Have never used the ignore function but finally did last week. I think we are talking about the same angry short legged canine. If he’s been given the boot, all the better...didn’t know that. With that exception, yes, PARF has been very good lately. All perspectives welcomed and civil dialogue.
