Any Old School Bosch Service Center Guys Here? Looking for a tool!

I posted this over on rennlist but haven’t had much luck.

I’m in search of the pictured Bosch Motronic tool. This was used to adjust what many refer to as the FQS switch inside the computer. According to my friend who was a Bosch Service Center it was part of the required tools list that you had to purchase. I have the original part number but searching online and talking with Bosch has produced nothing. I know an allen key, shaved golf tee or small screwdriver will produce the same result but I’m after the original tool to complete a collection. Just wondering if anyone here is familiar with it and might be have one they are willing to part ways with? If you have one please contact me!

Ask to borrow one, scan it and print it.

I collect tools of the period and am looking for an original only.

That makes it tougher. Good luck, maybe one will show up on the bay. You can always enter a request to be notified of a particular item.

Would writing a letter to Bosch help?

In this world if one person wants something there are probably many more out there that want the same thing. If one got printed more should be done. And done correctly the new one might be difficult to distinguish from the original.

I'm not suggesting switching them out. I'm with snak.

As I said in my original post I’ve spoken to Bosch, no help. I have every search setup one can imagine. The only people I’ve gotten any information from is former Bosch Service Centers of which most sold off or discarded their tools long ago.

Spend an insane amount of money to have a replica made. Within a few days or weeks, an original one will turn up for much less than you just paid. Works almost every time.

Sorry, I missed the part where you reached out to Bosch.
