Priority Health was 'far and away' the best/most economical choice for me when signing up.
They also do a yearly home health visit for no charge. I have done it twice...nice program.

No charge usage of local health and exercise center. If not able to go there...they provide exercise equipment for you at home...no charge.

I'm 70 and still working. I got married late in life and my youngest is turning 26 at the end of the month. I have been using the company insurance and my son is on my plan - I have been paying a family premium.
He falls off my insurance at the end of the month and I'm going to sign up for Medicare part B effective Jan 2021. I researched supplements and my estimated monthly premium is around 250 - 275 per month. Gone is the high deductible and high out of pocket cost. Another milestone on my life's journey.

I'm more than happy to pay $56/month for full coverage health insurance.
Every state is different...but in MI I feel we get a good deal. ($56 is about what I spend on two days dining out.)

If your providers are pretty well lined up and they are in the network you might look at Part C.

There are benefits and disadvantages to both.
Medicare plus supplemental will be more if you don't get sick. If you do get sick the cost will more than likely be less than an Advantage plan (Part C). Also, Medicare Advantage plans are HMO or PPO so choices (in network) can be limited. There also will most likely be more hoops to jump through to get full benefits due to treatment approval. Another thing to consider. If you sign up for Medicare and supplementals your price is locked in and increases are limited. If you choose an Advantage plan and have a long term illness you might want to change back to a Medicare + supplement plan since you can get a plan with zero out of pocket that will save more than the annual premium increase. Though, when you do so, your premiums will most likely be higher than if you initially chose Medicare + supplement from the start since you don't get the limiting of annual increases. The Advantage plans set those high out of pocket annual numbers to keep the sick folks away. They cater to the currently healthy. As you age the possibility of going from healthy to unhealthy gets more likely. Be sure to read the details of all the various types of coverage. Don't just focus on monthly premium costs.
