Ferrari
The only reason Ferrari cares is now they are mad that they didn’t get the $2.8 million.
This was their CEO. Not just some executive level or less employee making a quick buck. That some pretty high up shenanigans at the top of the food chain. Did they not pay him enough? I imagine a Ferrari ceo making lot of money and getting a lot of benefits. Maybe it was all those $10,000 Italian suits that forced him to try and earn some side money. They said it was done over a two year period. That’s a pretty good side gig in my book. The thing is the idiot got away with it. He just tried to hide it from the IRS. Jeez, hes Italian, doesn’t he realize that’s how a lot of the Italian mobsters went down. Tax evasion, not criminal activities will get you every time. Pay your taxes people Tony |

Too big to fail

For a number of years now, work has been proceeding in order to bring perfection to the crudely conceived idea of a transmission that would not only supply inverse reactive current for use in unilateral phase detractors, but would also be capable of automatically synchronizing cardinal grammeters

Allow me to take a stab at translating this authentic frontier gibberish.
Last week the CEO of Ferrari North America plead guilty to a kickback scheme where he was taking bribes to allow people to buy new Ferraris, particularly limited editions. https://www.thedrive.com/news/36206/ex-ferrari-north-america-ceo-pleads-guilty-to-charges-in-supercar-allocation-kickback-racket The executive involved was head of Ferrari North America, not the corporate parent, Ferrari N. V. https://corporate.ferrari.com/en/about-us/executive-officers The head of Ferrari North America would report to a senior executive who is responsible for global operations. That person would report to someone who reports to the real CEO of Ferrari Corporation (Ferrari N.V.). Ferrari’s CEO is Louis Camilleri. He makes about $12 million a year, not including stock bonuses that are awarded retroactively on a three year basis.

Money attracts thieves....bigger money attracts bigger thieves.

This reminds me of the guy in Florida that was selling places in line for the higher end Porsches, like GT3 RS's, GT2 RS's, and the like. Unlike this Ferrari guy, he didn't actually have any rights to those slots, so folks buying a place (or a better place) in line didn't actually get anything. At least this Ferrari guy could deliver, so in actuality he was not stealing from anyone but the tax man. Those who bargained with him got what they paid for. Can't say the same for the Porsche scammer.

Sorry for some reason the link didn’t post. It’s there now.
I even previewed the post before I posted it because I really never start threads and wanted to make sure I did it right. Tony |

It’s a tough room. We could figure out what you were referring to. No big deal keep posting whenever you have something to say. I hadn’t heard of this until you posted it.
