Just started this show on netflix... impressive production quality. The very "noir" sound recording/processing in selected scenes was very striking.
Also, who finds or builds these sets?!?!

Started it last night - we'll see how it goes.

Location manager finds the locations, usually. they have a portfolio of pics.
construction builds the sets, set dec furnishes them - as per art director.
in Vancouver, asylum-wise a decommissioned (real) one is used most often. the Crease Clinic.
lotsa stories about that asylum. none of them good.
