Concur.

What was amazing to me is specific players from both KC and the Bills had, "speed you can see". I didn't watch much regular season NFL so their extra gear really stood out to me.

Just phenomenal ability, both squads.

Exactly.

Each team gets one possession and if no winner after that the first score seals the deal.

Use the college system.

Or go NHL. Start reducing the number of men on the field in OT. That could be fun.

And other thing, change the rules for OT. I'd like to see what both teams can do and not have it decided on a flip of a coin.

They do, sort of. You guys know that, correct?

Both get a possession, UNLESS the first team scores a TD or a Safety, then it's over.

If teams that wins coin flip only gets a FG, the other team gets it. If they score a TD, it's over. If second team geta a FG, still tied and keep playing.

I hate ties more than anything in football. College, NFL, whatever. Hate 'em.

Both games next weekend should be good. It'll be interesting to see if KC can slow down Ja'Marr Chase. On 1/2/22 ago he put 266 yards on KC and Burrow passed for 446. I think it's going to take a better game from Mixon than he had in the previous for Cincy to win again.

I get what the League is trying to do. I would modify it such that both teams get (1) possession, then make it sudden death.

Eliminate the outcome of the coin flip from the equation.

All Buffalo needed for the game to continue was a defense. 13 seconds left and they let KC march down the field to kick the game tying field goal and it OT get torched. Buffalo has only their defense to blame. The O did their job.

What was it? 3, 4 lead changes and 25 points scored in the last 4 minutes.

By your logic Chiefs should not have lost the lead at any point in the game either.

That was about as evenly matched game as I've ever seen.

Games, especially playoff games, should not be decided by a coin toss.

Which is a possible outcome determined by a coin flip.

Logically, if the game is a tie after regulation, both teams O and D are performing or underperforming.

The current way it's done does not give the entire team, both lines, an equal opportunity to win.

The way that game went, the first team with the ball was going to win.

Buffalo's defense is considered the best in the NFL. Both teams played their asses off. Tremendous performances, especially by the quarterbacks. I was impressed when Joe Montana needed only 2:36 to score a touchdown to win Superbowl XXIII. In the final two minutes of yesterday's game, Mahomes orchestrated a field goal and two touchdowns. That was one of the best games I have ever seen.

There was some sh.tty defense being played. WAY too many missed tackles by Buffalo's D and terrible coverage by KC's D. Sometime you watch a game and know you're seeing two really good offensive units playing. Others you watch and know you're seeing two really good defensive units playing. I think both O's were good but neither D really stood out that much. It definitely didn't help that Mathieu went out.

Buffalo went into a prevent D. As I mentioned earlier, the prevent defense always seems to prevent the team deploying it from winning the game.

I remember a game between the Chiefs and Rams that was incredible to watch.

No doubt it was a great game to watch but the poor tackling by Buffalo's D really stood out to me.

Something else: For the season, Josh Allen had 110 rushing yards less than Buffalo's starting RB. For the game last night Josh Allen had 42 more yards rushing than their starting RB. That's a problem.

And this Steelers fan is going to be a rabid Bengals fan come next weekend! WHO DEY!!

Arnette cut by the Chiefs for gun violation......number 2

https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/damon-arnette-cut-by-kansas-city-chiefs-after-las-vegas-arrest/ar-AAThrg5?ocid=undefined

...Arnette had recently joined the Chiefs — who are playing in the AFC Championship this weekend — after the Las Vegas Raiders cut him in November over a video he made in which he flashed a gun and allegedly threatened to kill someone.

"The bottom line: The Raiders will not tolerate this type of behavior," Raiders general manager Mike Mayock said at the time.

Yeah...but did anyone explain to him that it was wrong to do that.. beforehand?? 🤔
