I like the sound a lot...I wish I could have that done to mine. Mine is a twin cyl..might be tougher to fit it somewheres and still have the hood tilt.
Flapper valve?....Never heard it called that. Always 'rain cap' around here.

Thanks :-) You could make a dual "header" from the two cylinders to a 2-in-1 collector that welds to a V-clamp. Should be simple On the other end of the V-clamp the muffler attach. Or make it dual outlet :-) I would also call it a rain cap, but googled it, and it seems to called an exhaust flapper what I could tell. So flapper it was, but just added rain cap in the title of youtube based on your comment :-) |

^^^ I know I could never make it look as good as yours...but I'll take a closer look at mine after the fall leaf pick-up is done.

Looks cool...but real, old farmers just put an empty coffee can over the exhaust when not being used.

BTW - now you must add a suicide spinner on the steering wheel.

Haha exactly, but they forget them when they start the engine again the day after, so they go build the flapper/rain cap after 10 x cans elevated on their fields :-)

The spinner should also have the logo or symbol of your machine. Like John Deere. So be be completely farmer-genuine
