yes. It is pretty difficult to imagine that a government would impose such a stupid rule. No wonder he did not know/ask.

That park is HUGE. It's not like anyone would be crowded there.

and what the deal with all the old pipes there? Kind of looks like an old waste water processing location.

Speaking of laws... Constitution and the commerce clause...

How can a State legally restrict people from other States?
