What is the most dangerous music for driving?

I always thought Wagner was for helo attacks, but I guess you could use it for cars

Zeppelin played at "11" is a speeding ticket waiting to happen.
Bootleg Uncle Jerry has danger due to possible snacks enjoyed while listening.
Disco is so annoying it insights road rage.

I've gotten in trouble a few times listening to this song.

"I Can't Drive 55!"

It's an interesting article, but the problem with it is that music is also very subjective (like anything else that would be considered art or could be considered beautiful or ugly). Before the music can affect time for a particular listener, it's got to touch, grab and hold the listener. Not every song/movement will grab everyone the same.

Still, very interesting.

Well- this is what I play when I grocery shop- No comparison shopping here. Mounted gopro camera on cart I'm so badassssssss. People jump into the lettuce bins and cower in the shadow of my awesomeness as I 4 wheel drift around the isles.

Marie and Donny Osmond greatest hits.

I've mentioned here before I once found myself going 20 over the limit on a rural back road in a diesel VW Rabbit, listening to Beethoven's Fifth.:D

Almost any music will do it for/to you if you are in the right frame of mind.

Best
Les

The same for me. "It's Been A Long Time" is a real problem for me, but I played it while on the track and I drove like I was on fire. :)

Zeppelin is bad for me while driving.

Many years ago I was traveling Chicago to Detroit with my son's car. He had satellite radio and I was listening to techno music. Very addicting when driving. The rapid beats made me push down on the gas pedal.

I used to sell and deliver motorcycle parts to shops south of Austin everyday. One of my customers thought listening to rock all day was rotting my brain so I tried talk radio for a few days. Talk radio cost me at least 30 minutes a day from slower driving. I went back to rock.

One of my sales competitors saw me driving from San Antonio back to Austin and thought he'd catch me and see if I wanted to grab a drink. He said he couldn't catch me and not because I was driving very fast but because I timed lane changes so well. I wouldn't have that situational awareness listening to talk radio.

For sure. The live version from Made in Japan album is hard to beat for making my right foot really heavy.

Sammy's I can't drive!

One foot on the brakes and one the gas... yeah!

My wife likes to put on the death metal crap.
Then she wonders why I'm doing 100 and want to kill everyone on the road.

Rock star Sammy Hagar, lead singer of Van Halen, helps apply the 6 on top of a 5 as the maximum speed limit is raised from 55 to 65 mph on Highway 101 near Santa Rosa in Northern California on Sunday, Dec. 17, 1995. By Robert Buhl, Associated Press

Well, good question. Hard to nail down one particular music type.

Unless you're from Mars...then clearly it's Slim Whitman.
