OK, what about the Nazi military? Can this collectively be called "evil"? No?

What about a nation that actively works to stymie other states that are trying to bring about the downfall of a Hitler-like regime? What if 80% of this nation is in favor of its government's policies?

No, i don't think that Nazi Germany was evil because there were a lot of good people who were misled into following an evil man. Patriotism can do dubious things...

Numbers, please. Exactly how many Germans opposed the Nazis? If it is less than 50%, then IMnsHO, Nazi Germany can be classified as "evil".

FYI, most of my father's family was murdered in Nazi Germany. That's what happened to most of the "good people" there.

ummmmmm yeah I think so. I have some very good Jewish friends, and I don't think they would enjoy that alternate reality so much.
