At the end of the run just plug it into the Coal Burning Electricity generating power plant..

Does it have a Solar option?

That’s pretty awesome. But almost $20k buys a lot of ATV.

RWebb 10-17-2020 02:54 PM

My new life direction will be to buy the latest electric technologies and improve them by installing old lawnmower engines converted to bitzkit type efi just to piss off the electric crowd. Perhaps even 2 stroke engines!!!!! Imagine that thing with a 250cc 2 stroke. Youtube videos galore! :D

(seriously..please god help me.... :) )

Off road, it looks like it would provide an excellent core workout as well..

Very cool!

This looks like a spin-off from US Army vehicles. EVs have "low observables"....

"Up to 55 miles of range". Not the way they're riding them. I bet more like five, when you're really having fun on it. It would be a lot of fun to bring to something like an off-road park, or the beach (assuming it would be legal), sand dunes, or whatever - with a bunch of spare battery packs.

And darn near $20k??!!! I see about a $3,000-$4,000 toy at best. $20k will buy you a really nice adventure touring motorcycle, side by side quad, or a couple of single seat quads, or two really nice dirt bikes.

Cool toy, expensive though !

The issue is the quiet. For the Military, quiet is what you need. And no doubt, the battery system and motors weight a lot.

A very cool answer to a question that no one is asking.

I am not a tree hugger and this is not what that is about, Tabby.

$$$ toy and if it works for the military, why not?

I have to say, we rented the Sagway near downtown Calgary couple summer ago riding along the Bow River was a blast. Its not nearly as fast but nonetheless, it was fun.

I bought my kid an e bike so he an keep up with me on my regular road bike if and when he decides to come out with me. That e bike is a lot of fun. I thought I would never hear myself say that about any assisted bikes. Damn this thing is fun. I found this as I was learning about ebikes.

DanielDudley 10-18-2020 02:06 AM

It would be awesome to run that through the woods.

Steve Carlton 10-18-2020 06:31 AM

I'm going to just go directly with the jet pack.

Hey That's Me! Saw the referral views coming in from this forum so wanted to check out the post.

The EZRaider was insanely fun to ride, like I said in the video it has a really unique ride feel. The combination of the stability, torque, and regenerative breaking makes it feel really beefy. Climbing stairs is weird, you don't expect it to work at first but the front wheels kind of pull you and the back wheels push. Takes a bit of getting used to.

I really want to try one in the snow this winter, but unfortunately they just let me borrow it for a few weeks. No keeps.

Price point was the most common complaint in the video comments as well. I think they are targeting commercial and military use for this model, they have smaller lighter models that are less expensive.

thanks for sharing, great forum, I have a 718 boxter, might stick around.

Soooo, no one is going to mention the snake he almost runs over at 1:43?

Bill Douglas 10-18-2020 08:20 PM

The great thing about it is "what category does this fit into", so in other words, cut loose in the town mountain bike parks and bush walk trails.

'Me Officer? This is my mobility scooter. "
