Anyone know this shop?

Hmmmm....Tempting as the next career move - but no way am I owning a business in California, and moving it to Oregon doesn't make a lot of sense.

The owner is my tenant.
I find it wise to keep a good air cooled mechanic close by. He wants to retire Former Circle Porsche mechanic from the 70's who has owned his own shop since then. The early car inventory in the storage containers is the true value. I've been bugging him to list the inventory but its a lot of stuff.
