Würth Viking Arm
It's basically a 150kg capacity hand jack AND importantly with good control when lowering.
I can think of countless uses. (But I'd bet it's not cheap ![]() ![]()

I use to have long one to hang upper cabinets by myself. Dumb but its was all I had. It was made by an American firm. Nor sure the capacity? The head can be reverse so it can pull and push. They were 6' long and ran about 120.00 per piece.

So not much love for a very expensive but super useful micro jack?
(I still can't find a AUD price for one of these) I had to move my fridge today. Two or three of these would have come in handy when trying to lift it to place the roller board. So if you used three would their combined capacity be 450kg - 992 pounds? I suspect it would be much higher than that in the real world.

here's one that's a fraction of the price. So, the capacity isn't that great, but at 40 bucks at 200 lbs? https://hardwickandsons.com/products/fastcap-jack-of-all-trades-multi-purpose-clamp-spreader-lift
We have others that has a slightly higher lifting capacity. https://www.fastcap.com/product/3rd-hand-emt-kit |

It isnt difficult to rock a fridge to slide a hand truck under it. Are you unable to do so?

Most ref have rollers in the back as least. Rock ir forward and get it on there. Once its on the board, pull it back into place. If it must be lifted, get air shims. Cheap. https://www.zoro.com/airshim-air-wedge-500-lb-max-load-cap-1194/i/G5566589/feature-product?utm_source=google&utm_medium=surfaces&utm_campaign=shopping%20feed&utm_content=free%20google%20shopping%20clicks&gclid=CjwKCAiAwrf-BRA9EiwAUWwKXinEDj3KjjtklUZIa8bNOHM_PQKaaa1tEEYkMe YOMm53th9LXqvLyBoCr84QAvD_BwE

Yes that's what I meant. It's what we'd call a "Tucker Box" (Chest Freezer) ... Basically it's a regular fridge but set on it's back side with a top opening door.

How about a crow bar and lift up the back and slide the plywood under it, then lift the front and shove the plywood under the thing. Uses those air shims if you need to really lift it off the ground. They work really well for such simple little thing. Cheap too but not as steady as a lift like you posted.

Thanks but that's basically what I did.
The real problem is I'm always trying to justify my next specialist tool purchase. lol ![]()

Hahahaha, I know what you mean, but I am over that in the past 10 years. Funniest thing is, when there's enough money to eat then save for a month for that tool purchase that will be used one time is the sweatiest tool around. When there's plenty of funds for tools, its no longer that fun. Still, I love to have that Campy tool set sitting in my showcase that I must custom build for

I have several of these in various sizes, they get into really small gaps and can lift up to ~500 lbs. each. They deflate and go into the tool chest, take up very little room. Like an air compressor, I bought them for one purpose & have found a lot more uses later:
https://www.amazon.com/Calculated-Industries-1194-Inflatable-Contractor-Grade/dp/B073XL88HP/ref=sr_1_7?dchild=1&keywords=air+wedge&qid=1607443760&sr=8-7 I used this Rockwell JawStand to lift & steady some cabinets during installation; the rack & pinion lift made height micro-adjustments a breeze. And I discovered it makes a great, quick, super-adjustable outfeed support for my table saw, planer, miter saw, router table, etc. Folds up to about 6x6x36. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B007VMKI6G/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
