Nice woman. She was very pretty. Met her back in the day. She pull a bunch of us to a SF bar. Even Todd came up from LA! And Moses!

Vegas /NV is the original place in the US where it Is legal to sin. Now other places in the US and world have discovered how lucrstive it can be.

When Americans and the world for that matter have chingaling in their pockets where do they go to party? I can.wait.

Sp when Vegas is hoppin it means the country is fat. When things have gone S Vegas withers on the vine..

That does not change the fact that Vegas is still a slezy dirt bag town. It does attract sinners..it is good at it.

And possibly the fact that there is this virus going around that has the press spreading death, destruction and doom and gloom stories nightly, it might have something to do with it. Why go to a crowded place when we are told to stay home, and wear a mask and stay 6 feet away from everyone.

There must be lots of money out there if the housing boom is booming like mad across the country right now. Just going to Vegas is way way down the list of things to do for me. It is so far down on my list that is is right above set my hair on fire and get facial tattoos.

well then there is the Governor shutting down the state.

Yeah plenty of newly printed USD's from the FED... 20T by the Central Banks since March 2020..

Ya know the FED is buying APPLE Corp Bonds...

The Commercial RE Mall Owners are thinking about BUYING JC PENNYS because they CAN NOT AFFORD to have another Anchor Store in their Malls close.. So they will keep it open..remember I said ZOMBIE ECONOMY..Many of them are on the verge of BK. Now while Amazon is stealing market share it does NOT tell the whole story about the collapse of Global demand. This collapse in retail space started in 2018.

It seems that STIMULUS is the only way many compainies are showing a profit. Some epiphany that is..I have kept saying the US economy has been on LIFE SUPPORT since 2008. :D

I love going to Vegas. I go there at least 1-2 times a month for work and always head out on the strip to walk around always try to see some shows. The last couple of weeks it has been packed!!

Last time I was in vegas, my kids weren't born yet.
Always figured that going there and blowing money was not a smart thing to do.

All pandemics end. Even the 1918 pandemic ended after about a year, with no pharma intervention.

The SARS2 pandemic will similarly end. Even if there is no pharma intervention (i.e. assume no vaccine, ever) it will end sometime in late 2021 (my best estimate), when enough people have been infected. The toll in deaths and long-term health will be remarkable.

After the pandemic is over, why would Vegas not recover? The casinos, machines, croupiers, girls, cooks, etc will still be there. The casinos may be under new ownership, the girls skinnier and the cooks poorer, but as long as people want to gamble, party, and have sex, Vegas will be able to provide.

You honestly do not get it...the real casualty of the Pandemic is the economy. The American people no longer have the means to sustain consumption/Demand ans as such the economy is tanking/collapsing...

https://www.usdebtclock.org/

As it stands the actual budget deficit is 4.2T, with a Federal debt of 27.2T,

Net National Assets are 155T
Unfunded Liabilities 155T
Total US debt is 84T

That means that the US balance sheet is a NEGATIVE 84T.

The Central Banks of the world have pumped in 20T in liquidity. since March to backstop the collapsing economies. 50% of GDP is now Government spending.

I am really surprised that these numbers do not freak you out..

Then take a look at the forecast for this Gold Bull market.
