Maybe a bounty on ‘em is the way to go.

MI refugee here in NM - the whitetails there are rats with hooves but we have mule deer here. They do so much damage that, while firearm hunting is of course illegal in town, I bet nobody would even hear a 30-06 from across the street. Feking everything-eaters.

In 25 years here and in elk country/CO I'm thankful I've never had a proper bumper-ornament...

There are so many here that a person fears driving in the early morning or evening.
Carcasses on all the main road shoulders.
Rats with antlers.

I used to go to salmon fishing in Scottville on the Pere Marquette. I remember one time specifically where my friend and I left later than the rest of the guys we were fishing with. I swear it took a lifetime to get from the 10 exit on 131 over to Scottville. My friend and I were just creeping along me watching one side him the other and we kept saying "deer". Damn things were everywhere.

I will be hunting by Baldwin on the 15th. We have been hunting in the UP for almost 20 years, but Covid shut down our deer camp. My dads side of the family is from Muskegon, so we hunted around Baldwin/Hesperia when I was younger. Dad and I decided to take a trip down memory lane and hunt our old haunts.

Oh, and $5? Coming from Ohio, I pay $174 out of state for deer. Your welcome.SmileWavy
