Who are the moderators of PPOT and PARF?
Just curious. Somewhat recently, I tried to put a member on ignore (first time ever) only to be greeted by a message saying this was not allowed as that username belongs to a moderator (!). Seems reasonable to have a current list somewhere, no?

Like Bob said... But the reality is only "DanielDudley" is moderating right now.

I thought Red Beard was good and yes Daniel has a hard job. MPOV... This is our forum and we should look after it and not encourage the Trolls. So if you think someone is always a Troll don't contribute to their thread. |
So you opted to put the moderater on ignore. Thats hilarious. :D

For the longest time....

The others are long gone. |
This thread is an example of why I love PPOT. As my daughter would say "don't poke the bear".:)

PCA national doesn't encourage or support any social media forum type apps.
The inability of (some) Porsche people to be civil is the same reason auto paint shops won't completely paint a Porsche in SoCal. The shop owners cut their losses and save themselves the pain because No paint job is good enough to (some). |

Are you saying Willhoit or some of the other many Porsche shops don't paint a Porsche? |
Apparently, this person moderates a different forum which is excluding their being ignored.

Mixed bag.
You have a lot of wonderful contributors. Then there are those who seem to saturate social media with misery and discord. Sometimes the right personality in a moderator/forum ownership helps. It's always a balance between allowing contrasting viewpoints and what's best for the community in the long run. |
