Unhappy Almost got rammed in the new Volvo this afternoon!

Coming home from running errands. About 4 blocks from home this happens!

I was ready to keep going walkabout if need be!

Whew......idiots on the cell phone.......

This is why a dash cam is so important! Wait for it....

Good thing you were on your toes, so many bad drivers out there.

I am pretty sure you could cut the first two minutes of you rolling stop signs though.....

Glad you are ok, but I tell you what. The Music is what makes this video!

p.s- I thought it was going to be the plumbing truck.

Yes...that was very close to major damage!

I would delete your dash-cam memory. They frown on running stop signs. (the first three)

Listen to that potty mouth ! Man, glad you were paying attention , that was close .
That vid makes me miss NSB. A lot of that looks like the sleepy little beach town that I remember from the early 90's!

No stop signs were "run".

The Volvo is so well engineered......it tends to keep rolling forward even when you stop!

I always look both ways and only proceed when the way is clear. More than I can say for others here.....

That would have been a ticket in MI

It's gotten very crowded here, Fred. The traffic can be ridiculous.

You know, I don't hesitate to unleash the salty language when appropriate...lol...

Did you see the lady in the pickup wave to me as she went by? She saw the whole thing!

I always come to a complete stop when there's a cop around.

No sense in taking chances!

That must be the universal response to idiots right there!
I say that almost word for word every day!
Glad you are ok, Baz

I'm surprised it wasn't a blue hair in a boat looking through the steering wheel.

Where was the horn? I'm not one of those habitual horn users, but there are times...

Sometimes I wish I had one of those train horns, but not really.

I skipped to the end. I forgot how freakin' flat Florida is.

If you stand on top of your truck, can you see Georgia from your house?

Only sort of related question as this seems to be how its done on youtube.

Three min video where, in my opinion, a 30 second video would do.

Am I just too impatient?

It's a version of "Canadian Pacific " by Hank Snow?

Fwiw- I enjoyed the first several minutes. I felt it built suspense. Danger will come, but from where? when? who? Threats at every corner.

When "The Who" started playing, I felt like it was an opening scene from "House". Cool music, great vibe, great location, but we know something is going to go down, and Dr. House will get an episode to figure it out. Instead of lupus, it was a dumb arse driver not looking....

Very nice neighborhood Baz!

I'm surprised how well the sound was recorded on the dash cam.
Most have a good pic and terrible sound.
