I agree. And if someone claims it, arrest them for littering, destruction of federal property, and fine them the cost of removing it. That place does not need goofy "art" to make it special.

So....if we approximate the size 10'x 3'x 2" thick.....stainless steel (not rusted) This thing is well over a ton! How did it get there? How was it handled? Can you access this area with a rigging truck? Fork lift?
Not to mention the cost....
I have lots of questions....
