Well stated funny truth
In pool, a stable yet comfortable stance is important. On a site I visit, a long thread developed on stance. Two instructors were differing...a line by one of them made me chuckle. Yes, pool is a game one can enjoy well into his senior years.
The line: "I have no idea. I have no training in sports medicine or (in our case) geriatrics."
