vin numbers
1972 Porsche 911 t .will the hidden numbers under dash cover written in yellow chalk match the vin number. on vin plate under bonne?t THANKS GUYS

I posted about this years ago... there was some shenanigans on the vin of a car I used to own... The vin was sanded off by a previous owner.
Fortunately, with light sanding of the rusted metal the vin could be read from underneath. You might consider something like this, it worked for me. |
