Lost Another Good Friend
 

Just found out that my buddy passed, he had Parkinson and it won:(
He raced from the late 60s through the decades, was a true car guy, and a wealth of knowledge. Some may remember when I posted the Bataan death march video, as his father was the highest ranking officer to survive and his diary and testimony is responsible for Japanese generals being hung for their war crimes.

Byron, I'm assuming you are referring to our friend Ash. Heck of a guy. I had the honor of co-driving with him several times. He will be missed.

Correct Sir, still don't know when his celebration of life will be, but can let you know when it is scheduled.

Thanks Byron. Last I saw Ash was at Sebring some years ago when he was brought over to hang out with us during the Classic 12. He was struggling but still had that smile.
