We got ~15" on Sunday.

My recycling bins are already full of snow.

I'm paying for the city to haul something away, might as well get something for the money.

Scurried around today getting ready for it here. Put air in the tires of the Tundra and the Volt, since the TPMS lights up when it gets cold if they are a pound low. Put the oil heater and water heater in the chicken coop, ready to plug in. Wrapped my newly planted evergreens with burlap. Filled the tractor with treated gas, filled the Volt and Tundra tanks. Filled the firewood rack.
I'm ready.

There's no sense in all that! I waited to start both snow blowers until the day it snowed. That way I had something to cuss about when neither one would start. Then went outside and connected the plow to the side x side. Why do today what you can put off till it's cold outside and snowing?

Now both snow blowers will start and the plow is connected. I figure it won't snow an inch.

That’s my theory. Be prepared for snow and the sun will shine just to piss you off.

That was crazy, our street is still almost impassible for regular cars.

Our low was in the high 60s, and we also had a volcano erupt.

Here too. I am glad for the break though. Our pond ice got ruined by the heavy snow as I couldn't get out there to clear it for pond hockey. This rain followed by a hard freeze will be perfect! Nature as hoser!!

I am in the north GA. mountains , it is raining quite hard at the moment but by afternoon/evening turn to sleet/freezing rain/snow . Temp's to fall into lower 20's possibly upper teens . Roads will be a mess with holiday travelers in accidents . Stay safe out there guys .
