It would need somebody like Roush or Shelby American to make one. The windshield would be the biggest problem.

Does look pretty cool.

But aren't we supposed to have Mustang hate here?

stevej37 12-23-2020 12:04 PM

^^^ give it a minute or two

Paul_Heery 12-23-2020 01:14 PM

I'd buy on if it was based on a Mustang Mach-E

fintstone 12-23-2020 01:31 PM

Every hairdresser should own one.

stevej37 12-23-2020 01:33 PM

Would be great on Michigans winter roads.

Zeke 12-23-2020 01:34 PM

Nope.

john walker's workshop 12-23-2020 02:00 PM

WS looks stupid.

Sooner or later 12-23-2020 02:11 PM

No

LEAKYSEALS951 12-23-2020 02:18 PM

That could make cars and coffee too up close and personal.

stevej37 12-23-2020 02:19 PM

^^^ Yes...the windshield needs a deflector.

wdfifteen 12-23-2020 03:20 PM

We need a thread for monstrosities like this. Maybe start here:

Maybe recommend it to yours?

I can see the wood screws and bondo from 10 feet away

HardDrive 12-23-2020 03:40 PM

A-10 run will fix everything wrong with that car.

rattlsnak 12-23-2020 03:54 PM

I love this idea.

ckcarr 12-23-2020 04:18 PM

Mustang that thinks it's a Corvette...
Sort of.

No, I don't even know a hairdresser. You seem to be intimate with their preferences. If you think your hairdresser would like it I'll defer to you.

Man! That concept artist is amazing! To include that in a drawing takes real talent. ;)

Ok. I guess as the expert here (and you defer to me as such)..every hairdresser I have ever met seems a to offer the same sort of dialog as you...so my expert opinion is that the car (or any hairdresser car) would suit you perfectly (but only if the engine was replaced with an anemic 4-banger so you could handle it). A poseur car.

Yep. Something lost in translation.

No Mustang hate here. I love Mustangs but not all Mustangs. That car is not doing much for me. The current body style has run it course I think, the proportions are off. Just like the original. 64-66 looked great I think then things started to change by 73 all the proportions were off. The Mustang II was like a cartoon of the Mustang, then the fox platform some versions were OK but none really a Mustang. The 1994-2004 looked more like an early Corvette retro style. The 2005 I like, around 2014 it starts the downward slide for me.

I think a Mustang speedster would be cool. I would like of these.

I don't care you who are, that's funny.

Personally I don't like it. Seems like they are trying too hard. A mildly cut down windscreen with a rake would be nice but IMO proportionally it looks weird.

You must meet a lot of hairdressers - not that there's anything wrong with that.

DanielDudley 12-24-2020 12:40 PM

You guys need to use the green font or something. People can't tell if you are kidding. :p

Nah...but interacting with you makes it seem that way.

Fast Freddy 944 12-24-2020 03:52 PM
