And there ya go. Describing the problem of that beautiful game played by ugly people...as Joe Rogan described it. Last night I watched an "Exhibition Match" on youtube. Race to 15 in 9 ball between Tony Robles and Earl Strickland. Earl a 3 times world champion and 5 times US Open champ. Recently held at Amsterdam Billiards, a sort of famous Manhattan pool hall.

Strangely, the only fight was on the pool table between 2 legendary players...the crowd watching seemed to be having a good time. As far as I could tell, nobody died..

(edit) One funny Tony quote in the video I posted...after showing on of the movie clips: "That shot is as possible as hitting the sun with a snowball..."

Sadly, it is movies and TV shows that deliver the bad image...
