Why can't I change my internet homepage?

I've gone into Settings 3X now to get rid of the MSN homepage but no joy. I have MS Edge so maybe I don't have the option?

You could download and set up Chrome, then set your pages that you would like to have opened when you start up. I dont have much experience with Edge, but it may have similar options in settings ?
