Daily Spin to Win
The State of Michigan has a gambling site called 'Michigan Lottery'
They include on the site almost 200 games for the subscriber. I play the 'Daily Spin to Win' almost every day. No cost to play...the monthly win is $5000 The other games require a money deposit before playing. (paypal or credit card) My record is about 'break even' (my biggest win was $150) Are there other states that do the same?
