GoPro Hero 9 Black driving video setting suggestions wanted

Greetings all,

I gifted myself a GoPro 9 Black series camera on Black Friday.

Any suggestions for the best video settings for drives? I'm thinking probably time lapse.

I'm using the Rennline sun visor mount.

I don't know...but 'good luck' with it.
I purchased the same one a few weeks ago and had nothing but problems...wouldn't connect correctly to my computer.
Amazon has a 30 day return policy....which I did.

(I prob needed some 15yo to show me.)
