Senna and Schumacher were also known for very aggressive driving and they were and are huge fan favorites so...

I'd like to see Toto and Horner, Max and Ham, shake hands and wish each other
good luck, have a good race. Not sure they can, but they should. I think they are about even as far as penalties and hard luck etc., so "man up" the lot of you! Bring it on! |

There seems to be a fair amount of speculation that Max will intentionally take Lewis out of the GP this weekend. I don't subscribe to that belief.
I also don't believe that the FIA would look favorably if such were to occur. First, it is evident that the FIA favors Lewis and seem to rule in his favor unless the evidence against him is overwhelming. Secondly, there is a history of heavy penalties for such incidents, Baku when Seb drove into Lewis after the brake check incident and a few times with Michael. My thought is that if it were to occur, the FIA would penalize Max to the point where it cost him the WDC. Further, I think Max, Christian, and Helmut know this and have had lengthy discussions about it and as to Christian and Helmut I don't think they would look favorably upon it from a management perspective. I'm not a Max fan but would just like to see the dominance ended. Plus I think Lewis is a whining little $hite |
I keep seeing the claim that the FIA is solidly behind Lewis, and maybe at times in the past it has been, but I don't see how anyone could follow this season and still carry that line of thinking. Max has gotten away with so much, to the dismay of the other drivers even (and beyond just Lewis), that it's obvious that the FIA, if not favoring Max explicitly, is at the very least not favoring Lewis.

I think they are both a$$hats, but very talented drivers.
My prediction: Max will take them both out of the race. |

^LOL
That fantastic!!! It would be quite a feat if he could score points in his last race. |
Interviewer at Saudi arabia press conference: "Lando, what are you gonna do to beat Leclerc and Ferrari in this race"
Lando: "ehhh, Brake test him ? It's only a 10 second penalty"... LOL, ouch... |

Kimi smacked the wall pretty good in FP2 this morning. Tail first then spun him around to same side strike on right front.

Interesting qualifying strategy by Red Bull . Excellent run by Lando . I hope tomorrow's race is clean and entertaining .

Who's got tire advantage? Start on softs or start on mediums? I think Ham might have best setup, softs at the end???

We will see how this all plays out tomorrow...what at team or driver says in public can be a red herring...Im not recording this for later, going to be watching live,
cant wait! |
Last week my son asked me who I thought would win the championship. I predicted Max would take pole and control the race from the front. It is his to lose. If he can look after those soft compound tires from the start, he can open up a gap and make Mercedes react to him.
I hope if Lewis manages to put him under pressure Max doesn't pull the kind of crap he did in Brazil or last week. Best Les |
