Jeopardy...Alex's last shows. :(

No, but I'd like to see a Car Jeopardy show. Engineering trivia, Name that Exhaust, etc.

Alex getting emotional....very good taping for his last week.

I'm following and interested. I thought his last episode was to be broadcast on 12.25? Guess not. Locally, it has been broadcast on an independent channel. Wonder if his final episodes will make main stream media outlets?

Last episodes are Jan 4 through Jan 8 I believe.

Been a Jeopardy fan for many years. Really sad watching these last shows but it had to end sometime. Cannot imagine anyone who can really replace him, some hard shoes to fill. RIP Alex.

I will give Ken a chance, but I'm not optimistic.

I would like to see Chuck Todd for a week.

I listened to Alex's autobiography on audible.
Turns out his job is a lot more than I thought- it is more than reading the questions.
He is the puppeteer that keeps everything running. This was his 4th or 5th gameshow, and he had been doing this for years before he started at jeopardy.
He will be hard to replace.
Seemed like a truly nice guy
BTW the theme song for Jeopardy has made the writer millions.

A.T. must have been a tough guy. Worked with a smile on his face to the end. I think he died 2 weeks after the last show was done. Ive been recording it for a couple years .

They said today that they have already taped 30 new episodes with Ken as host.

Katie Couric for the week after that.

On the shows airing this week, he was fresh off the operating table, and it shows.
Gonna miss him.

Besides Ken and Katie, they said there would be numerous other hosts that are auditioning.
I think when it all settles out, Jennings will be it, unless he goofs it up!

I happened to catch a few minutes of 'Wheel' last night.
Pat Sajak doesn't look real strong lately. Watch him when he goes to spin the wheel...it takes a real effort for him. I hope he's ok...I like him as the host.
