Need opinion

I have an auto part store and also we deal within the state. I have big clients from different parts of the state and due to COVID now they order via mails. Now I have to save or archive those emails. How to do so?

If you are using outlook, find the .pst file and save a copy.

Print to PDF, save PDF on a cloud account. Or multiple local copies (one in store, one off site)
