Fellow remodelers
Where I can find a shower stall like this in the US? I’d like to remodel my basement shower like my illustration.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1610813804.jpg

I would not know. I guess you should look at the average size of people across the USA. That won't work in the south. Maybe New York? Somewhere people are stuffed in and weigh a buck and a quarter and are 5'2? That looks small.
|
Does look small. But i want the same idea.
|
I would take the same photos to Lowes or Menards and ask them.
The showers in the store are a small fraction of what they can order. |
That looks to be a lot like the shower that was in the last Motel 6 I stayed in.

We'll keep the light on for ya, Steve.

^^^ Thanks!

Steve knocked the light out washing his under arms, his hand is bleeding and the fixture is now aimed out of the shower and he's going to bust his ass in the dark on the wet floor.
He needs a life alert. |
That shower stall is larger than you think.
Look at the size of the drain in the second pic. I'll bet it's at least a 34"er. Plenty big for one. |

My hamster would feel claustrophobic in that thing. You couldn't even fit the toilet in there (if you were so inclined that is). Clever to use a dish towel instead of a bath towel in the photo to make the shower look look huge! |
I think that pic is a drawing..just to show the shape.
If it was a real pic...it would be for 'height challenged' people only. It's only twice the height of the toilet. <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/YN-i2GV3Rmc" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe> |

Wayfair has quite a few. I've purchased vanities and freestanding tubs from them, never a problem. |
^^^ That's a corner shower.
The OP pics are of one sided circular showers. |

I see. 36" is doable. Your first drawing looks to be half scale.
36" is a spacious shower in Europe from my experience |
I think he wants to know where to purchase one.
