SuperBowl LV

Is it worth watching? IDK, I'm a Raider fan so seeing the Queefs play in the SB again doesn't site well with me. Also don't like the idea of Clown Brown getting a ring. What are your picks?

URY914 02-05-2021 01:31 PM

I'm pulling for the Tom-aneers.

rfuerst911sc 02-05-2021 01:39 PM

If the Bucs play great D and Tom and offense don't make mistakes they have a chance . If not the Chiefs offense can rack up points in the blink of an eye . I think the Chiefs will repeat .

Likely the Chiefs but rooting for the Bucs.....but whoever wins I'm keeping an eye on my pool numbers.

Bucs...all the way!

raguilera 02-05-2021 02:08 PM

Bucs have to get to Mahomes and put him on his back quick and early.

stevej37 02-05-2021 02:10 PM

^^^They"ve been getting Suh ready for that the last couple weeks.
He can be one angry dude.

thor66 02-05-2021 02:11 PM

Getting to Mahomes and putting him on his back quick is hard to do. He is like a young Russ Wilson.

If the Chiefs D can get to or rattle the very stationary Brady, they win. If they can't then the very accurate Brady will pick them apart.

stevej37 02-05-2021 02:16 PM

He may have lost a little bit...but I watched him every game when he played for Detroit.
So strong that he could throw players out of the way like they were rag dolls.

I'm sure it will be a great game...looking forward to it.

I'm rooting for Tampa Tommy!

True, but I feel the Bucs D can get there. If my Raiders with no pass rush pressured him in both our games I'm sure the Bucs can get to him.

Chief win. Too much firepower on offense and a solid D. Chiefs 33 Buccaneers 24

I think the Chief's running game is better than in the first meeting in November which is the difference maker.

KFC911 02-05-2021 02:24 PM

I've been to three World's Fairs and six GOAT ropings... soon to be seven :)

You think they have a better running game than the Saints? The Bucs held Kamara to under 50yds in their first meeting and under 90 in the playoff game. Still should be a good game, hopefully.

Two solid backs in KC plus the threat of Mahomes running? Yeah they have a better run game than NO did IMO. The other thing KC will have is a dual threat in Le'Veon Bell running and catching. The Saints were without Hill when they played Tampa.

cabmandone 02-05-2021 02:40 PM

The other thing KC has going is... Tyreek Hill. The guy is CRAZY fast and crazy good. And even if you manage to limit him, they'll pick you apart with Travis Kelce. And I really think Le'Veon Bell is gonna have a good game if not rushing, in the passing game... as much as it pains me because I'm a Steelers fan.

raguilera 02-05-2021 02:51 PM

Yea, they do have awesome weapons but the key I feel is to contain. Bend don't break. Don't allow those 40-44 yd bombs downfield to Hill. Watch those 15yd crossing routes to Kelce. And get Mahomes flustered.

That's the thing that impresses me the most about him... he doesn't seem to get flustered. I've been a big Mahomes fan. The Chiefs are the only team I'll try to watch if I can't watch the Steelers. Mahomes is just an incredible talent and fun to watch play the game.

The thing about Hill is, play bump and run and he'll blow by you. Play soft and he'll take a short pass and turn it into a 30 yard gain. The only team I can think of that I've liked to watch as much (other than the Steelers) is the Rams with Kurt Warner.

Miley Cyrus performing on the pre-game Super Bowl show.
The half-time show is 'The Weekend'.

Does anyone know who they are? I never heard of them...until just now.
