That Edelbrock was closing out of business? I bought a lot of their stuff over the years.

So far just the HQ. They still have five manufacturing locations.

Not going out of business. They are closing the Torrence Cal. offices and setting up in Mississippi, (I think). Vic Jr. died in 2017 and last year the company was sold to a large corporation.

As a side note;
Weiand Manifolds are now made in China

Now owned by Holley. Along with about 1/2 of the other perfomace brands.
MSD Performance, Flowmaster, Hurst, Nitrous Oxide Systems (NOS), Weiand, Flowtech, Earl's Performance Plumbing, Hooker Headers, Demon Carburetion, Racepak, Superchips, Diablosport, Edge Products, Accel Ignition, Quick Time, Hays Clutches, Mr. Gasket and more.

So that's good news. Dennis will still be able to pick up a pair of Hookers. Headers, I mean. :D
