John Ackroyd

Who's he? A serial killer authorities believe killed more than Ted Bundy, although he was only convicted of one. Hits home with me because of his killing grounds...along Oregon's highway 20. His job as a state highway worker helping him do his evil.

A two hour documentary done by the Oregonian tells the chilling tale.

Being interested in serial killers is worse than being interested in celebrities.

LWJ 02-25-2021 12:02 PM

^^^not when you live in the Pacific Northwest. We have mostly cornered the market on serial killers.

And respectful as a man can be towards his girlfriend, Connie, too.

Don't you mean "the virgin" Connie?

LWJ 02-25-2021 12:13 PM

My wife’s family is all from Sweet Home. We go there often to the family farm. If you saw my post on a farm truck? It goes to sweet home.

Sweet home is a little rough at times. I was in the liquor store and the newspaper headline was about a murder. I commented on this and the operator said “I knew them both.”

Here is an article that may be more victims of Ackroyd.

Apparently you left before the end of the movie! (spoiler alert)

I am completely on Team Nostril, you know that.

But there are times, when I read and see your posts, I know I'll need a seat belt should we have an occasion to meet...

Carry on.

At least there can be an intellectual interest in what makes serial killers tick. But when it's more about obsession with the killer themselves, yeah, that's farkin weird.

The chicks that strike up relationships or crazier yet, conjugal or marriage with serious, dangerous criminals, yeah, way over the top crazy. I'll avoid that type (leave them for Redbeard)

I suspect she's probably a lot like her character on NCIS except for the smart part. I'm not sure she's all that bright.

I'm still waiting for the Dr Detroit sequel even though Fran Dresher is getting a little old.
