Can we get a sticky about Pelicans who have passed??
 

I think it would great to have a tribute page with the names of the pelicans who have passed on a sticky page. No comments and/or run on threads, but just the names (one name per post) of our fallen brethren so we can look back and have a place of remembrance..

I don't think it's morbid or creepy, kind of a nice way to memorialize fellow forum members who have contributed so much. Warren and Grady Clay are two prime examples.

This... I like the idea but I don't want to be reminded of who has passed every time I log on.

Guys like Grady Clay were a big contributor to the forums, also it would be cool if we had famous people added to this 'society'

How about a simple "In Memoriam" sticky

I like this idea a lot better .... but non-sticky. It would be at/near the top when relavent, but not a constant reminder. Just my one pennys worth ....

If having a sticky for those who left....how about a sticky for the newcomers?

A thread about it would be OK, but not a sticky.

Anyone fan find it with a simple search. Like the Jokes thread or the GIFs thread. They fall off the first few pages, but a simple search finds them.

I have passed numerous things. So far..so good.

When Grady passed I suggested we have a Pelican Hall of Fame.

That would be a nice way to keep their memories alive.

My preference is make it a sticky and call it a haul of fame or Hall of Fame.

Saw this thread yesterday. Haven’t decided where I am on this.

But get this, today a 2005 MFI fuel line thread of mine was bumped by a first time poster.
That thread is an incredible discussion about fuel lines and diagrams with Grady, Warren, HarryD and others.

Such a great blast from the past. Any newer members, heads up...this is a great example from way back.
