Failed grade 10 . Id rather have the **** mobile, or Laheys New yorker .

I honestly don't think I could bring myself to own any C3 other than '68-72 or maybe '73 (still has chrome rear bumpers) or '82 (would need to be modified). The '74-81 models are like the middle year 911s, but much, much worse. The pinnacle of horribleness may be the '80 Cali edition with the 180hp 305ci.

I like those wheels or the classic Chevy Ralleye wheels.

My dad had an '82 vette. It wasn't a 911, but wasn't horrible. That's probably the only reason that I'd consider that one particular year, mostly nostalgia.

Otherwise, the only good years of C3 are '68-72/73 when they still had f/g front and rear and bumpers. At least then they looked good and could be had with decent motors that still had character.

My 75 was also a let down. 383 stroker fixed it. Ended up putting 200k miles on that car.
