Looks like F11 on startup is the ticket.

On Windows 7, F8 ...

After some thinking, this is how I think I'll attack this problem.
I'll hook up my Sabrent External drive with the new drive in it, to the computer. I'll use Win 10 to create a new partition on the new drive. Then, I'll clone the SSD image to the new partition. Once that is done I can clean off the old version of Win 10 that will be in that new partition from the SSD. After that is done I'll shut down and install the new drive and go into the BIOS to switch it from the SSD to the new drive OS partition.
How's that sound?

It's not a fussy Mac. You'll be fine.

Just have at it.

Well now I'm up the creek without a paddle.
Tried the above scenario and it didn't work. I couldn't clone the drive to the new drive without totally over writing the new drive even though I created a new partition on it just for the clone image.
Now the computer won't even boot. I think the SSD is really dead now. I thought I could at least get the computer to enter the BIOS menu without a HD being present but have been unsuccessful so far in that endeavor.
Ideas?

First thing to figure out how to boot off the Dell drive, F8 on startup brings up the right menus if I recall. That should be possible even if you remove the SSD prior.

Finally got the computer to boot off the new drive. Just because an OS is installed on it doesn't mean it's going to boot. Almost done with getting it ready for prime time use.

Will a magnet wipe the data off the SSD or do I have to literally destroy it with a hammer?
Dell wants it back but I think I may just go buy another HD to send to them.

Just to close this thread out here's how I solved this problem.
Dell sent me a Seagate 1TB 7200 rpm Barracuda drive with a Win 10 image on it.
I removed the SSD and installed the new HDD.
Then I bought a 3 pack of PNY USB drives and made a WIN 10 media drive so I could boot off it.
Finally got the computer booted up and Win 10 installed again.
Now I just have to install all the sewing programs/files/pictures from my wife's old old computer to bring this up to date data wise.
I got in touch with Dell and bought the HDD they sent so I wouldn't have to send the SSD drive back to them since I wasn't able to clean off all our data and didn't want it 'out there'.
So this will hopefully last her a good long time now.
i7 w/16GB of RAM and now a 1TB HDD paired with her new Dell 27" monitor. It has a good graphics card in it too, NVIDIA 1650 or something like that.

Thanks for the help here.
