Been thru 3 palmar surgeries for DC, 2 on 1 hand and 1 on the other. No contraction but became a problem lifting weights as the bar pressed on them and it was painful/uncomfortable. Results were good but I now have a nodule on each hand again. Neither are bothersome so I will ignore them for now.
Had a nodule develop on my left arch, Ledderhose's,and because it was an issue in my ski boots, had it removed. A bit of nerve damage as a result which has left my great toe tingly.
I think that I would try non surgical methods and try and avoid surgery if I have to do any intervention.
