After getting a solid 10 years or so out of our $100 grind 'n' brew, we decided to snag a DeLonghi Magnifica S a few months ago. Personally, we only use the coffee mode, but it grinds, brews, and does it wonderfully, the same every time, and is delicious. (And uses much fewer beans for stronger coffee than our old machine). You should do your own research, this can help https://www.coffee-statistics.com/espresso-machines/ .

Allegedly it will do cappuccinos, lattes, and all manner of other fancy drinks (there's a removable milk container).

Breville Barista Express.
Not exactly fire and forget, but a great machine.
I have one at home and am going to replace my DeLonghi in the cabin with one.

I have this one and t works great for me. https://smile.amazon.com/Espresso-Cappuccino-Expresso-Removable-Stainless/dp/B08X627458/ref=sr_1_5?crid=3K057SAL72RBR&keywords=wirsh+espre sso+machine&qid=1646738894&sprefix=wirsh%2Caps%2C5 06&sr=8-5

There is this one that I am sure just has a different name, and is $20 cheaper. https://smile.amazon.com/Espresso-Machines-Heating-Cappuccino-Foaming/dp/B0925RN5MR/ref=sr_1_8?crid=3K057SAL72RBR&keywords=wirsh+espre sso+machine&qid=1646739005&sprefix=wirsh%2Caps%2C5 06&sr=8-8

I mostly used this Ninja CP307 to make iced coffee which brewing system for big families who prefer variety in their drinks. 50 fl oz brew capacity. Take 10-min to cold brew.

Very happy with my Jura Z6;
Makes great coffee and lattes.
Great customer service as well, they come to fix it at home if needed (not needed it yet)

My Jura mini (no milk) has been going strong for 6 or 7 years with 5-10 shots a day. It needs a clean / lube once a year, that's it.

In a previous office we had a Jura too, and it had 60k shots through it (it had a counter), without issues of the brew unit. It did have trouble with the milk station - I think calcium build up on valves and such.

My suggestion is to stay with a simple machine. I am a Jura fan and would totally recommend refurbishing those old units. The parts are not cheap, but replacing a brew unit is a piece of cake.
