Harley Davison motorcycle
Can anyone identify this motorcycle? Year, model, is it a one off? Is it readily available? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so very much

No longer produced (springer version). As I recall, it was available late 80’s to late 90’s (ballpark). Guessing the one in the picture had a springer front end added to a later bike. Quite a fashion statement...the bike too.

Is that supposed to be art? It's either not always the same bike or they change the pipes out on it for different shoots.
Why the interest in that particular one? Is it Russia? What type license plate is that on the car?
