Maybe he is indicating that it would be a bad "Omen" for you to do business with him ?

Clearly English is his second language. He's doing pretty good. You should definitely give Paul a call and see what you can do to help out.

They do this on purpose. People who don't pick up on the the language mistakes are more likely to be dumb enough to fall for the scam.
