Jimmy made the Chitwood family famous. No one ever heard of Mike before Hoosiers. Hoosiers is available on Amazon.

This is why I only use trails that are far from any roads.

Any explanation why Volusia County Sheriff Mike Chitwood was on the road and not the bike path just 20 feet away that runs parallel?

Because bike paths suck. They're full of walkers, strollers, and folks who are wobbly. Dangerous for an actual cyclist.
