Anyone here from South Africa?

There's a magazine that features the Dauer 962 (the car we're restoring) and it seems to be SA-only. This Seller on this SA site has it listed, but he keeps saying he'll get back to me on shipping Internationally (to the US or the UK, whichever is easiest), but he never does. I figured I could have it just shipped to someone else and then forwarded to me in the states (or in the UK). Trying to collect as much info as humanly possible, and even though this probably won't contain any new information, it's worth having for reference material.

It's for sale for about $1.67. I already told him I would make it worth his while to ship (pay $20 for it + shipping), but that didn't seem to land. Perhaps he doesn't quite understand.

I don't know how active he is but Willem Fick is from there.

There is a lot of crime and scams in SA. That is probably why the seller is weary to sell/ship internationally.
