Swedish model found out not only tiger would, tiger did.

And that, is the latest story I know.
If he hadn't retreated to a car, maybe he would have been the late tiger woods.

I have been in a bit of a bubble the last few days, just getting out.

I hope he is ok.

Say what you will, he completely dominated and changed the game of golf for a decade.

Looks like he was traveling at a pretty good clip, crossed the median into the opposite lane and ended up on the wrong side of the road facing backwards.

In surgery now, rumor has it they are dealing with leg fractures.

Pure speculation on my part, but, based on the time the accident happened and knowing that section of road, I'll bet speed had a lot to do with it. If I recall correctly, northbound on that road is downhill right around there, and not a small incline either.

There is little question that driver error was the sole cause of his crash. His skis got in front of him on a public road, not cool. I hope he’s ok.

So, overcooked it in a car he wasn't familiar with.

Hope he pulls though and regains normal function. Sound like that will take some time.

I wouldn't count him out yet. Today's Docs do some pretty amazing stuff.

I would never count him out, God knows he has a strong will to succeed. But, he’s just coming off another back surgery last December and didn’t even know if it be good enough for the Masters. One of my kids broke one of his legs in multiple places in a car wreck, it was a long recovery and he has some physical limitations now. He was only half Tiger’s age too... so....

I wish him nothing but the best.

One report I read indicated multi car crash. But nothing on the other vehicle or driver? Take it for what it is?

It was a single car crash. It sounds like he was late leaving the hotel this morning and got delayed, so was hauling ass to make up time.

Another vehicle that stopped because of the crash apparently got rear-ended.
They also didn’t use the jaws of life to get him out, that’s another error.

Tiger Woods is undergoing surgery for non life-threatening injuries including a compound fracture and shattered ankle after crashing his car while on his way to L.A. golf course at 7am to film for GolfTV

Single car crash. He's fine, and was reportedly standing up with help once out of the car. Multiple fractures in his leg, however.

Looking at the (lack of a) front end, he was moving RAPIDLY.

You are not the driver you're looking for, Tiger. Keep it in the bag

It looks like he was very lucky. He just missed a couple of serious telephone poles.
