Well, it is earth day..

And why is earth day actually three days? Imagine what you'd get for throwing a plastic bottle out the window!

fastfredracing 04-22-2021 04:44 AM

din do nuffin.

fastfredracing 04-22-2021 04:55 AM

Someone needs to teach young gangsters how to not get confronted by police . If you are carrying drugs, and or guns.
1). Don't speed.
2). Make sure, all your lights work, and your tags are current.
3). No Grateful Dead stickers ( not relevant here )
4). Don't litter, or do anything stupid to draw attention to yourselves .
Stupid white boys from the suburbs slinging $20 bags of weed had all this figured out back in the 80's, where the fk are their role models at ? They need good strong criminal leaders to teach them the way . Going to jail, and getting shot is no way to make a livin gangbangin

I hate all litterbugs. They caught him doing the one bit of littering, but we all know he has been tossing crap out the window all his life. Tons of garbage are tossed out every day from cars. They should sentence him to one year of walking the highways picking up litter.

wdfifteen 04-22-2021 05:20 AM

There is so much wrong with this. They need three cops to enforce a littering offense?
They pulled them over for littering and then search the car? That’s Bullsht. No wonder people are rioting.

MrsWD got pulled over in Illinois 2 years ago. She had a friend and our neighbor with her. Three white women in their ‘60s in a Toyota Tundra - obviously up to no good. The cops claimed she changed lanes improperly.

Our neighbor was sitting in the back seat on the driver’s side. She was the recently retired prosecutor for our county. :D
The way they tell it all went well - license, registration, insurance- the usual stuff. Until he asked where they were going.
Neighbor rolled down her window and informed him, “We don’t have to answer that.”
Cop got his back up and said they needed to search the truck. “You aren’t going to search this truck.”
It went on for several minutes, until the cop realized he was in over his head against a lawyer with 30 years experience as a county prosecutor and a stint as a judge. :D:D:D

Don't these idiots know that the cops are like hounds chasing a rabbit? You run, you get run down and get the teeth. Neither one seems to be able to help themselves. It's the real life version of Roadrunner vs Coyote.

back in 1992, i was 20 and went to visit a friend at the University of Vermont. Coming back, as soon as we crossed back into NY over the border, a NY state trooper started following us for 10 miles or more. Eventually pulled us over. Wasnt speeding. Lights fine. But, I had a grateful dead sticker AND a phish sticker on the back window. Double whammy!

my friend was driving my mustang and had really long hair down to his buttocks and was wearing a beaded hippy necklace. The trooper immediately started calling him a girl and generally harassing us, all the while I forgot to turn off the Allman Brothers Mountain Jam on the Alpine. Then he asks us if we had any nuclear weapons in the car. I said no. So he asks if he could look around....my instincts were good and I said no. This was 2 years before I went to law school or had even heard of the 4th amendment. Lucky he gave up as I had an ounce of Vermont's finest sticky herb under the seat. Good times!

as for litter, twice I was almost killed on my motorcyle. The day I got my first street bike, a new harley davidson i bought for my 30th BD, i was riding it back from Long Island dealership to Manhattan and cut through Brooklyn to stay off some highways and a thug tossed a slurpy out the window and it landed on my chest...first time on a bike. scarred the crap out of me. Second time I am riding down the highway behind a car that tossed a McDonalds bag full of garbage out the sunroof that hit me square in the face

Ive given up the motorcycles but my 911 has dead stickers on it and my jeep has dead license plates front and back. No issues. I think cops today have no idea what a dead sticker is referring to or the relevance. too young maybe. Back in the 80's and 90's, I know cops absolutely saw dead stickers as a red flag and an opportunity to have some fun

They were profiled

4 police officers for littering, come on

Some of you might have figured out that I am a bit of a practical joker. Though I am worried about being hobbled by JB, I’m ok with this.

When I have someone in a vehicle with me that doesn’t know me all that well on a road trip, one of my favourite tricks is to finish a coffee or snack or whatever and then grab the cup or wrapper or whatever and roll down the window as if I’m going to toss it out...

It gets everyone’s attention and leads to a good laugh.

ckelly78z 04-22-2021 06:02 AM

My favorite is when I make a return trip mowing the ditch in front of my house, to find a freshly tossed McDonalds bag from the car that just passed me ! probably a good thing i'm not carrying at the moment.

stevej37 04-22-2021 06:04 AM

I hope he learned a lesson. Never get the 3 piece meal...always get the chicken sandwich.

Rick Lee 04-22-2021 06:22 AM

Did you notice the video was edited between when the driver tried to escape out the passenger side and the cop started hitting him AND the news station's graphics covered up where the cop's fist was actually landing? Gee, nothing to see there.

I've been hit with plenty of stuff litterbugs toss out the window when I'm riding my bike behind them, usually lit cigarette butts. AFAIK, you cannot ever legally throw anything out of a moving car, well maybe a newspaper if you're a paper boy. But these guys were begging for police attention and they got it. Everyone knows the cops can legally order people out of a vehicle. That usually starts the process for a Terry Frisk and these thugs gave the cops all the reason they needed. Again, I suffer from white privilege, but I always, always have one or more guns with me when I get pulled over and somehow they don't even ask me for my permit or disarm me for the duration of the stop. But then I don't throw stuff out my window, mouth off or try to run. Call me crazy.

stevej37 04-22-2021 06:30 AM

^^^ When it first happened, my local tv station showed it without the graphics for the station.
He got pounded real good.
When I tried to find that video to post...all youtube had were ones with the station graphics.

And if you don't run, they'll mess with you until you've had enough and fight back.
The cops lit them up and the driver pulled over and stopped. He complied.
If the cop had simply given him a ticket for the infraction and moved on there would have been no problem.
But the cop escalated the situation by claiming he saw someone put something under a seat. Even if the guy actually did put something under the seat, there is nothing illegal about that.

These cops knew they were going to mess with these guys the minute the lit them up. It was profiling and harassment, plain and simple.

fastfredracing 04-22-2021 07:32 AM

But he did see some one put something under the seat, 4 handguns were recovered. Felony charges were assessed .
I am with you though. No need for our revenue generators out there armed to the teeth , just waiting to fk your day up, over a run stop sign, or tail light out . COMPLY COMPLY , DO AS I SAY . I have to get my papers ready in split time, then freeze and put my hands on the wheel , and sit there and be as polite as possible, just so some jarhead can issue me a ticket , and then search my car without shooting me , because , I am guilty of the crime of having a taillight fail .
We need lots of help here , on all fronts . What we have going on now , is just not working.
Cant they just mail me a ticket ?

stevej37 04-22-2021 07:35 AM

The worst part of the video is where the Chief of Police says..."This is the kind of policing we expect of our Officers"

I wonder if he actually saw the video of the cops acting like thugs.
