What is your favourite APPLE variety?

I've been enjoying EVERCRISP variety lately.

Cross between Honeycrisp and Fuji.

Perfect size, very crisp, sweet but not too sweet, and very juicy!

I’ll have to check. I know I have a Honeycriisp in the orchard, but might have an Evercrisp too.

It may only be local, I don't know. but I've been enjoying Smitten apples. Fresh and crunchie, sweet too.

I love in season Macintosh, and in season Russet (ugly brown, but so tart and crisp). My least favourite apple is any Mac out of season.
