Any electrical engineers here?
 
I’m trying to breadboard a fairly simple 12v automotive device, uses a few logic gates, capacitors and resistors etc., I think it’s like EE101 for an electrical engineer, but the schematic has some things I don’t really understand.
Anyone?

when it comes to electricity..dont listen to me...AT all. I hated my EE class.
