I was given a second Small Pox shot in 1971 to return to the mainland from Hawaii. The possibility of me having small pox was microscopic, yet some rule in the military (dad was in the service not me) required us all to get a second small pox vaccination.

There is no 100% immunity for 100% of all people to any disease.

My business partner got snipped, and went back to the same doc to make sure his little swimmers were gone. No luck, so round two, snip snip and knots. He went back a few months later and he still had swimmers!

I replied, "wow, I didn't this could possibly get more awkward: I was wrong" - SHE LAUGHED, a bit too loudly.

but seriously, a lifetime of practice kicked in and I got it done.

Hopefully you did not hand her the bottle just two minutes later. But you don't want to be in there for a couple of hours either trying to fill it up.

I had to put it in a cubby hole in the wall. it has a sliding door on both side. I open door, set jar in there, close door. while I was washing my hands..i heard the other door open. I listened for a giggle/snicker, but it was silent. phew!!

the entire thing was odd as eff.
